We offer a number
of different packages from free one page sites to reasonably priced complex
sites with advanced features. If you haven't already,
please take a moment to review what is included in each of our packages by
clicking here. If you aren't ready to order your entire site today, you can
always start with a free or simple site and add additional features later as you
are ready for them. You can always add any features you need to any package
with no set-up fees. You just pay for the additional features you want! |

Review the
different themes we offer at Share the Event. Once you find the one that you
want for your site, note the number so you can select it on your order form.

Place your order |
Once you are
ready, all you need to do is send us your information and pictures! We offer a
convenient online form where you can send us all of your text and photos right
through your internet browser. This is perfect if you already have digital
copies of your photos (on CD-ROM, disk, etc.) If you need to have your photos
scanned by Share the Event or you prefer to send us your information in the
mail, you can do that as well.
If you have any
questions at all, we will be glad to help you through every step of the
process. If you would like to discuss your site/potential order with us, simply

will contact you at your convenience and assist you in any way.

We
build your site |
This is the easy
part! You just relax while we design and create your customized event site.
Depending on our workload and your site's complexity, your site could be
available in as little as 24 hours and almost always within five business days.
If it will take longer, we will let you know beforehand. |

If
you ordered a free package... |
We will publish
your site to your personal address and let you know it is available for you to
share with family and friends! |

If
you ordered a package other than our free package... |
We will publish
your site at your address and let you know via e-mail. That so that you can
take a look at your site before anyone else. We will also send you an invoice
at this time for the package/features that your ordered. If you want to make
any changes, just let us know. We will do everything we can to make sure you
are happy. If you are satisfied with your personal event site, simply honor our
payment request and enjoy! |

You then let your
friends and family know the address for YOUR event site on the internet, so that
they can share your Event! |

If you need to make a change
or add features... |
We will be glad to
make minor revisions and updates to your event site during the term of your
package. Sometimes dates and details change, or you just think of something
else you want to say!
If you want to add
additional features after your initial site is set up, we will be glad to do
that for you too! Maybe you want to add an RSVP page, more pages or new
features. You can just add the features through our order page for a small
charge per feature. We will do everything we can to make sure that you enjoy
your event site to its fullest.

At
the end of your hosting period |
As you approach
the end of your hosting period (the number of months included in your package),
we will notify you. At that point you can let us know if you want to extend
your site for a few more months or receive a copy of your final event site on
CD-ROM to keep as a lasting memory. Some of our packages include a copy of your
site on CD-ROM or it can be added to any package for a small additional fee. |
